These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of I Love Sauna (the "Service"), operated through https://ilovesauna.net. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the laws of Ireland, the European Union, or the United Kingdom where applicable.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who browse sauna listings and users who post or manage content such as My Sessions.
2. Definitions
- "User" means any person who uses the Service, whether or not registered.
- "Member" means a User who has created an account.
- "Content" means text, images, ratings, reviews, and other data available on the Service.
- "User Content" means any Content submitted by a Member, including My Sessions and edits to sauna information.
- "Website" means the website operated at https://ilovesauna.net, including any successor domain.
3. Account Registration
To post User Content, you may need to register an account and provide accurate information. We may refuse or suspend registration where information is false, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate under these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and reasons before suspension or termination.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. User Content and License
You retain your rights in User Content. By posting User Content, you grant I Love Sauna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.
- Impersonation or submitting false or misleading information.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Using automated means to scrape or collect data in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
7. Sauna Information and Third-Party Services
Sauna listing details, availability, pricing, and booking information may change and may come from third parties. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or ongoing availability of any listing or external booking service.
I Love Sauna is an information and discovery platform. We are not a sauna operator, booking intermediary for every listing, or provider of medical advice.
8. Service Changes and Suspension
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time for maintenance, legal, security, or business reasons. If we make a material adverse change to core Service functionality, we will provide reasonable prior notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Love Sauna is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the total amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
11. Liability for Your Breach
You are responsible for losses we suffer where those losses are caused by your unlawful use of the Service or your material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page (or on the later date stated in the update).
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
